At Boutique United Cutlery, we take as much care in delivering your premium knives as our master craftsmen do in forging each blade. Below you’ll find detailed information about our shipping options and our precise return policy, sharpened to perfection for your convenience.
Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to serve your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your knife, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons and in compliance with international regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Assisted opening knives (Couteaux à ouverture assistée)
- Concealed knives (Couteaux cachés)
- Military knives (Couteaux militaires)
- Combat knives (Couteaux de combat)
- Any knife that has been drawn or used
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging intact
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit a Request

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 48 hours with:
- Approval confirmation
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Secure shipping instructions specific to sharp items
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please pack the item with the same care we used when shipping it to you, including:
- All original packaging
- Proof of purchase
- The RMA number clearly visible
Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Boutique United Cutlery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Step 4: Receipt & Inspection
Once received, our workshop will inspect the item with the precision of premium blade sharpening. You will be notified via email of the status within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Timing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Amount: Purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless item is defective)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We will ship the new item once the return is received and inspected
- Additional shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- For price differences, we will adjust with a refund or additional billing
Defective Items
In the rare case you receive a defective knife:
- Contact us immediately with photos/videos of the defect
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
- For collectible items like Damascus blades, we may offer artisanal repair
